Page metadata

For each page, you can configure metadata. The metadata is the information that is used by search engines to display your page in search results.

Let's have a look at the metadata you can customize:

1. Title tag

This is the title that will be displayed in the browser tab. This is maybe the most important SEO option, more info on how to set it up hereopen in new window.

2. Meta description

This is the description that will be displayed in search results. This is the second most important SEO option, more info on how to set it up hereopen in new window.

3. Meta keywords

These are the keywords that will be used by search engines to find your page.

4. Hide page

If you check this option to hide the page in Google and other search engines, the page will not be indexed by search engines (this is similar to adding a noindex, nofollow meta tag to your sitemapopen in new window).

5. Favicon

This is the icon that will be displayed in the browser tab. It should be in a specific format, more info available hereopen in new window.

TIP

The favicon you add on your home page will be the default favicon for all other pages unless you specifically add a different favicon on a page.

6. Open Graph image

This is the image that will be displayed when you share the page on social media. It should be in a specific format, more info available hereopen in new window.

7. Open Graph Title

This is the title that will be displayed when you share the page on social media. More info on how to set it up hereopen in new window.

8. Open Graph Description

This is the description that will be displayed when you share the page on social media. More info on how to set it up hereopen in new window.

9. Structured data

This is the structured data that will be used by search engines to display your page in search results. More info on how to set it up hereopen in new window.
